Set against the iconic New York skyline is the Peak Restaurant in Hudson Yards, an embodiment of modern, luxury dining in a warm and inviting environment. Its elegance is further accentuated by a challenge undertaken by the Heritage Vine team: a breathtaking wine wall wrapping the rear of the dining space, 101 floors up.

The Challenge

Constructing a wine cellar suitable for a Michelin-standard restaurant is one thing; placing it atop downtown Manhattan's sixth tallest building is another. Heritage Vine's vision? A glass wine wall, seamlessly encompassing the restaurant's rear, standing as a vibrant, eye catching backdrop against the vast New York city views. With only one elevator for the Heritage Vine team to transport cellar materials and access the space, the project demanded intricate planning and precision.
